Arlene's "Sho Can Cook" Soul Food & BBQ is a Family Owned and Operated small business. Our Values are based on Christianity and desire to deliver top quality food and service to our customers. Arlene began cooking for her younger sister and brother at the age of 8, because her mother worked two jobs. She is a natural soul food chef that puts love into anything that she prepares. Cedric has been perfecting the art/skill of smoking meat with natural hardwoods for 50 years. 

We are Followings God's direction for us to treat everyone with the utmost respect and put smiles on everyone's faces. God is blessing us that we may bless others.
